If you think wrangling cats is hard, try dozens of people and hundreds of jobs each year.
But Emma is just that, a wrangler, setting up the processes to keep jobs moving when there are multiple moving parts involved.
She’s a safety net, making sure that your job never gets lost in the whirlwind of daily activity.
She’s a speedster, moving projects forward to a swift conclusion.
And, ironically, she does help wrangle our two office cats!
Working at Starbucks for seven years, three as a manager, Emma learned the value of customer service and care. (Hint: Starbucks is not just about coffee.) She became adept at multitasking, doing the most possible in the most efficient way possible.
Most important, she learned how to handle stress and put everything in perspective. She’s not going to freak out if your delivery date moves up by a few days.
When she’s not checking on the progress of a job, Emma is an avid reader, a half-marathon runner, and a music aficionado, listening to everything from folk to Taylor Swift to angry rap metal.
No surprise, she’s a multitasker outside the office too.
