Overview: The College of Charleston wanted to boost enrollment for its Master’s Programs in Teacher Education. As a result, we created a digital-first strategy, targeting recent graduates, current educators, and advocacy-focused professionals.

Approach: Relying on extensive interviews with current students and faculty, we uncovered the most motivating messages. We focused on faculty mentorship, a personal calling to education, and career advancement opportunities. We positioned Charleston as the school where educators could find the training and the prestigious credentials they needed for success.

Campaigns ran in key markets (Charleston, Columbia, Rock Hill, Greenville) through strategic display advertising, social media and more.

Results: Between December and April, we delivered insights beyond traditional campaign metrics. Our analytics revealed valuable opportunities to enhance the prospective student journey by optimizing digital pathways for a more seamless application experience.

In the campaign’s first three months, enrolled applications increased 41%.
