THE OVERVIEW: At Goodwill Industries of the Valleys (GIV), you can SHOP, SAVE, DONATE, and GIVE at any one of 41 stores, outlets, and donation centers in more than 14 cities and 35 counties around Virginia, from Galax to Harrisonburg, Charlottesville to Danville. AccessU was selected as agency of record to help build brand equity.

THE CHALLENGE: AccessU started our journey with GIV to create a new website while developing a fresh, new brand promise and graphic brand standards. Today, that partnership has grown, with our team supporting this incredible social enterprise for all marketing, public relations, social media, messaging, and signage.

THE RESULTS: Numbers do not lie. Once AccessU took over digital marketing for GIV, we tracked huge triple-digit increases in performance across all metrics.

We transitioned our Marketing Department to an outsourced model — knowing the level of expertise AccessU had brought to the table, they were awarded the business. A large piece of this partnership began with redefining our brand. Goodwill is a national brand with a very local mission and feel. The team delivered above expectation, and we now have a beautiful, modern brand that flourishes not only externally but also inside our agency as well. As a result, we have expanded brand oversight and management.
