Creative Director

Responsibilities

  • Build, lead, and review work of the creative team in the production of web, print, and digital marketing collateral
  • Spearhead and manage strategy for both small-scale and large-scale projects, harnessing digital and brand design, compelling content, and technology
  • Collaborate with team to develop marketing plans, analyze results, and identify opportunities.
  • Analyze brand tracking, market trends, consumer need, and the competitive landscape
  • Meet budget standards by forecasting and managing expenses
  • Help manage a team of graphic designers, copywriters, social media experts, photographers/videographers, and project managers in the strategic development of messages and deliverables
  • Prioritize work and resources across engagements based on short- and long-term needs, establishing production schedules by collaborating with designers, copywriters, and production departments.
  • Conduct brainstorming sessions with creative team
  • Review and approve art and copy developed by the team, ensuring deliverables that effectively address marketing goals and challenges

Skills and Requirements

  • 10 years of related experience with 7+ years of creative direction in agency or corporate setting
  • Proven experience with concept development
  • Highly skilled with experience leading a team of creative talent
  • Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in marketing or business
  • Prior experience with copywriting, design, or production
  • Prior project management experience, with a focus on creative

Office Administrator

AccessU is seeking an Office Administrator who will assist the company in ensuring the timely and accurate management of the overall organization, with specific daily responsibilities for accounts payable, account receivables, and general office management.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintain accurate vendor relationships and accounts
  • Receive, process and track accounts payable
  • Receive, process and track accounts receivable
  • Reconcile, process and track credit card accounts
  • Communicate with clients, vendors and account team as needed

General Office Responsibilities:

  • Support leadership scheduling and office events
  • Assist with facility vendors and office suppliers

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and computer skills
  • Proficient in accounting and bookkeeping practices
