THE OVERVIEW: The Virginia Community College System (VCCS) is a robust educational alignment among 23 colleges. In terms of enrollment, VCCS is the state’s largest institution of higher education, with a total enrollment of more than 250,000.
THE CHALLENGE: AccessU teamed with The Hodges Partnership to support the VCCS in brand development, advertising, video, content creation, web design, and statewide PR communications for the launch of the G3 program.
THE RESULTS: This comprehensive campaign was fast-tracked, developed, and launched in under six months and achieved great success. We worked diligently with public information officers from all 23 colleges to build consensus and drive support from these very different schools. After the program launched, AccessU measured traffic from the VCCS website to assess initial program interest and benchmark awareness performance. In the first month alone, we achieved dramatic impact as evidenced by the numbers shown to the right.
